When fair settlements cannot by reached, we are experienced in litigating complex civil cases, involving serious or catastrophic bodily injuries or wrongful death, to mediation, arbitration, or trial to a judge or jury.

Activities: 

I have enjoyed camping and fishing, around the country, but primarily in the trout streams of the the White Mountains, teaching my sons and young grandson how to fish along the way. I have enjoyed snow skiing & snow boarding, white water rafting, traveling, playing recreational basketball & other sports, reading, sharing time with family and friends, and many other activities & adventures.

I have enjoyed years as a volunteer youth basketball coach, Valley Big Brother of Arizona, and other charitable and community-based activities.
